Upon submission of your order and checkout process is complete, your order is processed and removed from inventory and your credit card is charged immediately.

All sales are final.
Advanced Tree Technology guarantees that the plants supplied will be in live and healthy condition for growing. If plants are found not to be in this condition contact Advanced Tree Technology immediately at 260-749-0891. We cannot guarantee to keep plants alive at all adds. Once plants have left our control it is up to you the grower to look after them properly and to follow the provided instructions.
Grafts: Dormant grafts that do not leaf out by June 10 of the year in which they are planted will be replaced one time free excluding shipping.
Approved Protectors: Protectors/Miracle Tube use is required on all grafted trees for guarantee to be in effect.
Superior Seedlings that do not leaf out by June 10 of the year planted will be replaced one time free excluding shipping.
All replacement requests must be made by June 10, 2024 and shipped by June 20, 2024.
EXCEPT AS SET FORTH ABOVE, ADVANCED TREE TECHNOLOGY DOES NOT MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY REGARDING ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM ADVANCED TREE TECHNOLOGY, AND ADVANCED TREE TECHNOLOGY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES. THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE CONSTITUTE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO YOU. ADVANCED TREE TECHNOLOGY SHALL NOT, IN ANY EVENT, BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES IN AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF ANY PLANT. IN NO EVENT, SHALL ADVANCED TREE TECHNOLOGY BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION, ECONOMIC LOSSES AND LOSS PROFIT) INCURRED OR CLAIMED BY YOU.
This written warranty supersedes any verbal guarantee given or implied.
